RETURNS & EXCHANGES
The Customer may exchange any item purchased through the portal www.lydiavalentin.com within 30 days of the date of receipt of the products with the following conditions:
For the first change in the orders made, the Customer must return the item with prior notice by email to firstname.lastname@example.org (any shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer). Pending availability of the requested item, we will ship it and cover any shipping costs.
Products must not have been opened or used and must have their seal or original packaging intact. No exchanges or refunds will be accepted if the product is not shipped in perfect condition, with its original and unused packaging.
The entire product must be exchanged, with all original accessories and packaging.
The shipping and customs expenses will be paid by the Customer in its entirety.
Per law exchanges of objects that have been unsealed will not be accepted, except in the case of defective merchandise.
Autographed products are not eligible for exchange.
The Customer may return any item purchased through the portal www.lydiavalentin.com at any time within 30 days of the date of receipt of the products. Returned merchandise will be reimbursed in accordance with our Return Policy.
Reimbursements apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same condition in which you received them. All documents and packaging must be included with the returned merchandise. No refund will be issued if the product has been used or damaged, so we urge caution with the product(s) while in your possession.

Upon inspection of the merchandise we will inform you if you have the right to a refund of the amounts paid. Refunds will be made as soon as possible and within 30 days from the date we received notification of your intent to return the merchandise. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to pay for the purchase or by bank transfer.
Autographed products are not eligible for return.
If at the time of delivery the product does not meet expectations the Customer must contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org
The amounts paid for merchandise returned due to defect, where it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including any shipping costs incurred to deliver the item and the costs incurred to return it to us. Refunds will be made to the credit card used to pay for the purchase or by bank transfer.
All rights recognized by current legislation are valid.
PRICES AND SHIPPING CHARGES
All prices on our website are in euros and include the corresponding VAT. The prices of products shipped to non-EU countries are exempt from taxes. It is the responsibility of the Customer to declare the goods in the country in which he or she wishes to receive them.
